Yarmouth Girls and Cape Elizabeth Boys win 2024 WMC Alpine

Brooke Boone of YarmouthThe 2024 WMC Alpine Championships were held today at Pleasant Mtn in Bridgton with both the giant slalom and slalom competitions. In the giant slalom girls race, Brooke Boone of Yarmouth is the 2024 WMC Giant Slalom Champion. Her winning combined time was 1:21.75. Logan MacLeod of Yarmouth was second and Avalyn Beaudin of Gray-New Gloucester was third. In the giant slalom boys race, Logan Schwartz of Cape Elizabeth is the 2024 WMC Giant Slalom Champion. His winning combined time was 1:16.65. Keegan Lathrop of Cape Elizabeth was second and Cooper Dodge of Yarmouth was third. In the slalom girls race, Brooke Boone of Yarmouth is also the 2024 WMC Slalom Champion. Her winning combined time was 1:37.83. In second place was Logan Macleod of Yarmouth and in third place was Rosie St. Cyr of Freeport. In the slalom boys race, Logan Schwartz is also the 2024 WMC Slalom Champion. His winning combined time was 1:28.87. In second place was Keegan Lathrop of Cape Elizabeth and in third position was Tyler Moore of Yarmouth.
