The U16/EHSC Nordic qualifier is this Saturday at Black Mtn. Online registration is now closed. Registration can be done at race headquarters at Black Mtn on Saturday starting at 8:45am. REGISTRATION ENTRY FORM A reminder that the qualified athletes must pay on Saturday for the Maine team. Check payable to Maine Nordic Team: for U16 it is $290 and for EHSC it is $325. We got 5 inches of snow followed by some rain. Rain has stopped and temps are starting to drop. I am sure all are concerned about conditions for this Saturday’s event.
We have a solid 3k course with full stadium for this weekend’s races so make your plans. Temps are to stay down below freezing for most of the rest of the week so all should be good. What we cannot control is the weather so we cannot give you waxing data but what we can say is that the entire course will be natural coverage.
