The 2025 Aroostook Nordic Championships got underway today with the classical competition in Caribou. In the boys race, Alden Reardon of Fort Kent took the gold with a winning time of 15:22.7. Fletcher Marquis of Fort Kent took the silver with a time of 16:15.0. Quinn Michaud also of Fort Kent took the bronze with a time of 16:38.0. In the girls race, Rowan Tanguay of Fort Kent won the gold with a winning time of 19:33.3. Cassidy Carlisle of Presque Isle was second with a time of 21:02.5. Taylor York of Presque Isle was third with a time of 21:21.1. The Aroostook Nordic Championships conclude on Thursday with the freestyle pursuit in Fort Kent. RESULTS
