The 2022 MPA Class C Nordic Championships got underway today at Black Mtn with the classical race. On the girls side, Ruth White of Orono
is the 2022 Class C Classical State Champion. Her winning time was 21:10.6. Emily Kidd of Mt Abram was second with a time of 22:04.7 and Rowan Tanguay of Fort Kent was third with a time of 22:43.6. On the boys side, Alex Hemingway of Mt Abram is the 2022 Class C Classical State Champion. His winning time was 17:08.1. Abrahm Geissinger of Spruce Mtn was second with a time of 18:14.5 and Luke Streinz of Southern Aroostook was third with a time of 18:28.2.
