The KVAC Boys Alpine Championship will take place on Tuesday, March 9th at Black Mtn. The race day schedule will be the same as the original plan:
7:15 – 8:00 Alpine Giant Slalom registration at the Main Lodge Ticket Window: bibs, fees, running orders - *Please remember that there will be no indoor preparation or warming areas. Plan your arrival time accordingly*
7:30 Alpine Coaches and officials meeting in Main Lodge Conference Room (2nd floor)
7:45 Lift opens for athletes
8:00 Gate Keepers meeting in Main Lodge Conference Room (each school provides 1 gatekeeper)
7:45-8:45 Course Inspection
8:45 Course Closed
9:00 Start of Alpine Giant Slalom Race – 2 runs (one course reset)
Slalom races will start 1.5 hrs. after the final GS skier finishes.

Please help us spread the word that no spectators will be allowed at this race. Yesterday a few families were unaware and traveled quite far to be turned away.

The team championship award will be handed out at the end of the day. Individual awards will be mailed to schools.
