The 2025 MPA Class C Nordic State Championships Day 1 was held today at Black Mtn with the 5K classical race. In the boys classica, Alden Reardon of Fort Kent is the 2025 Class C Classical state champion. His winning time was 15:42.2. In second place was Samuel Geissinger of Spruce Mtn with a time of 16:46.6. In third place was Fletcher Marquis of Fort Kent with a time of 16:58.1. In the girls classical, Clara White of Orono is the 2025 MPA Class C Classical state champion. Her winning time was 16:48.2. In second place was Rowan Tanguay of Fort Kent with a time of 19:08.9.
