7:30 – 8:00 Alpine Slalom registration at the house behind the lodge: bibs, fees, running order

8:00 Alpine Coaches meeting at Alpine Timing Building

9:00 Start of Alpine Slalom Race – 2 runs, Girls, Boys

 

Nordic Freestyle

12:00 Nordic Freestyle registration in house behind lodge; bibs, fees, running order

12:30 Nordic Coaches meeting at Nordic Timing Building

1:00 Nordic 3K Freestyle Girls Start – 15 second interval start

2:00 Nordic 3K Freestyle Boys Start – 15 second interval start

 

 

Fees: Alpine: $16.00/athlete 

Nordic: $8.00/athlete

Bibs: Bibs are provided by Spruce Mtn.

 

Tickets:  All Athletes, coaches, race staff, volunteers, spectators must have ticket to ride lift or ski on trails.

 

Run Order: Alpine - 8-athlete teams (8 men and 8 women maximum per event), plus athletes that are

competing for skimeister and are not part of team. Also, list 2 alternates. Please mark all skimeisters with “S.M.”.

All non-participating athletes will be required to purchase a lift/trail ticket ($16/ Alpine or $8/Nordic).

 

Due to our small parking area we are encouraging buses park at a different location.  Mill St. Café is kindly welcoming all buses to park in their parking lot beyond their restaurant during the meet.  It is a very large parking lot that the buses can turn around in and is located at 1 Mill St., Jay ME 04239, phone number 645-7570.  The restaurant is only a few minutes away and located directly across the river from the ski slope.

 

We will be selling State Meet 2015 apparel.  Performance long sleeve T $20.00 and basic hoodies $25.

Nordic Classical

2:30                 Nordic 5K Classical Women’s Start – 15 second interval start

3:30                 Nordic 5K Classical Men’s Start – 15 second interval start

 

 

Fees:                Alpine: $18.00/athlete - A signed “Liability Release Form” must be submitted for every athlete.

                        Nordic: $9.00/athlete

Bibs:                 Bibs are provided by Chisholm Ski Club

                        No racer is allowed on the race course or hill without bib visible.

Volunteers:       Skiing volunteers will be issued a Lift Pass as needed.

 

Passes: Maximum of 3 coach Lift Passes will be issued per team. All non-participating athletes will be required to purchase a lift/trail ticket ($18/ Alpine or $9/Nordic).

 

Wax room are available for rental, but should be reserved.

 

Tailgating is not allowed in the Main Lodge.  It is allowed in the parking lot and the wax building.
