New this year:

In an effort to speed up the team registration process, for this year we are trying a new system.
For this to work, each athlete needs to make sure that their contact info is correct on the registration form, and also needs to turn in a signed waiver form (both parent and athlete) when picking up their bib; waiver form available online and at registration.

All prospective team members need to be present during the team naming ceremony; when you are named, if you hand in your check with the proper informationyou are done!

One non-refundable check per athlete made out to Maine Nordic for the proper amount for that team (final costs TBA soon!); include athlete name and which team (U16 or EHSC) on subject line.  Have a sibling? Each athlete needs their own check.

Athletes will need a separate check for each trip they plan to go to (U16 and EHSC).  U16 Trip fee is $365. Does NOT include transportation to Mountain Top.

Jackets will be available for prospective team members (if you finish in the top 20 you can be fairly sure that you will be named, if you are on the fence you can wait until after the naming ceremony) as soon as the race is done. You will need a separate check for $110 made out to Maine Nordic. You must purchase your jacket on the race day. No jackets will be mailed.

Anyone who is not prepared at the team naming will follow the same registration procedures as we have done in the past. There will be separate registration lines for each team and for men/women after the naming ceremony.

Registration race fees are $20.00 if registered online in advance, $23.00 DOR. Race fee made out to City Of Waterville. DOR registrants will be seeded first.

Open to any Maine resident, or anyone who attends school in Maine. EHSC only open to high school students.

Low fluoro wax only: no topcoats of any kind.
