St Doms girls and Fryeburg boys win 2025 WMC Alpine
The 2025 WMC Alpine Championships took place on Friday at Pleasant Mtn with the giant slalom and slalom competitions. In the girls giant slalom, Avalyn Beaudin of Gray New Gloucester is the 2025 WMC GS Champion with a winning combined time of 1:09.33. In second place was Gweneth Zimmerman of Yarmouth (1:09.67) and in third place was Hailey LaBreque of St. Doms (1:10.17). In the boys giant slalom, Dylan Cobb of Poland is the 2025 WMC GS Champion with a winning combined time of 1:04.51. In second place was Merrik Icozilli of Fryeburg (1:04.72) and in third place was Cooper Dodge of Yarmouth (1:05.50). In the girls slalom, Logan MacLeod of Yarmouth is the 2025 WMC SL Champion with a winning combined time of 1:40.01. In second place was Avalyn Beaudin of GNG (1:50.86) and in third place was Addison Klimek of Lake Region (1:51.46). In the boys slalom, Merrik Icozilli of Fryeburg is the 2025 WMC SL Champion with a winning combined time of 1:32.08. In second place was Van Podhouser of Yarmouth (1:38.29) and in third place was Ansel Goode of Freeport (1:39.19). The St. Doms girls and the Fryeburg Academy boys are the 2025 WMC Alpine Team Champions. RESULTS
