The 2025 KVAC Nordic Championships got underway todat at Black Mtn with the mass start freestyle competition. In the boys race, Beckett Cote of Messalonskee is the 2025 KVAC freestyle champion with a winning time of 13:33.4. In second place was Henri McCourt of Mt. Blue with a time of 13:34.6. In third place was Elias Bartlett of Mt. Blue with a time of 14:01.8. In the girls race Nora McCourt of Mt. Blue is the 2025 KVAC Freestyle champion with a winning time of 16:10.2. In second place was Maya Kellett of Mt. Blue with a time of 16:44.9. In third place was Haley Marston of Leavitt with a time of 18:37.7.
